From the moment we picked it up, it was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with so many thoughtful touches and amenities that made our trip easy and comfortable. What really set this rental apart, though, was the exceptional service. Maury was outstanding—always available to answer our questions, walk us through anything we weren’t familiar with, and make sure we felt confident every step of the way. As first-time RV users, that level of support made all the difference. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with our trip and would absolutely rent from Maury again. Highly recommend!

I wanted to share our experience renting this RV. We had actually planned this rental in advance for a trip, and it turned out to be a great decision. My husband is an RV technician with a couple of decades of experience, so he naturally gave it a once-over. Everything was in excellent shape. The RV felt safe, the engine sounded just like it should for a vehicle of this size, and the heating kept us cozy the whole time. We really had a smooth and comfortable trip. So from our perspective, everything about this RV was top-notch. If anyone's hesitant, I’d say go for it—we had a really positive experience.

Honestly, I just had to leave a review after seeing that negative one, because my experience was completely different. We rented the RV and it was just great. It felt safe, everything worked like a charm, and the engine sounded exactly like you’d expect from a bigger RV no weird noises or anything. The heating kept us warm the whole time, and they had a technician check things out before we left, so we felt totally confident. Honestly, I’d rent this RV again in a heartbeat. If anyone’s hesitant because of that old review, don’t be this was a fantastic rental experience. Will be definitely renting with Maury & Stacey again .

Absolutely the worst RV rental experience we have ever had. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The problems started even before we got the RV. We drove halfway to the pickup location, and only at the last minute the host told us the tire was flat and they needed an extra day to replace it. We tried to be understanding and said “okay,” giving them the benefit of the doubt. But what came afterward proved that this host has no business renting out an RV. When we finally got the RV, everything turned into a nightmare. The heater NEVER worked. We froze all night long in the middle of November temperatures. My mom got sick, I got sick — it was physically unbearable. This wasn’t a small inconvenience; this was unsafe, irresponsible, and absolutely unacceptable. No family should be left in freezing weather because a host hands over a vehicle with a non-functioning heating system. Then came the real danger: The RV was not safe to drive. After supposedly replacing the tires, the host clearly did no alignment or balancing, because the RV violently pulled to the left the entire time. We were forced to fight the steering wheel nonstop just to stay on the road. We had multiple moments where we nearly lost control. This is pure negligence and a serious threat to anyone’s safety. To make everything even worse, the engine noise inside the RV was unbelievably loud — to the point that we couldn’t hear each other speak. We couldn’t hear music, we couldn’t even hear our own voices properly. It felt like being trapped inside a malfunctioning machine. This host didn’t just provide a poorly maintained vehicle — they delivered a dangerous, unreliable, and completely unfit RV that put my family’s health and safety at risk. Outdoorsy should seriously reconsider allowing this listing on the platform. Do NOT rent from this host. Save yourself the stress, danger, and ruined plans. No one should experience what we went through.
