- Please bring back the tanks emptied or if you don't feel comfortable doing so, you can select my dump fee add-on.
-If the trailer needs excessive cleaning we will deduct a cleaning fee of $150.
-Festival friendly only on our approval.
-Towing Capacity: Have at least half ton truck or larger to be able to tow because the weight of the trailer is 6,400 lbs max; with cargo is 10,000 lbs.
**Vehicle towing must have electric brake controller***

- Festival friendly on approval- If I suspect the renter brought the rv to a festival without our approval, I will deduct $300 from the Security Deposit.
-If the renter brings back the RV out of my operating hours, I will deduct $150 from the Security Deposit.
-If I suspect that the renters had pets in the vehicle, I will deduct $100 from the security deposit.
- If the renter brings back the vehicle without emptying the Grey and Black tanks or selecting my dump fee add-on, I will deduct $50 from the Security Deposit.

Was a great experience renting from Edgar, pick up and drop off was very easy and convenient. He explained and showed me how to work everything beforehand. Will definitely be renting from him again.
