1999 that has been updated with new queen size bed in bedroom new carpet. 2 new ac units on top. Has everything you would need to camp/ or go on the road trip. Addional deposit for any pets going in rv. This is our second home so expect you treat her the same. Addional rental for canopy available if needed. All kitchen supplies are in rv. Big slide out on drivers side for more room in the rv. Has auto stairs when u open screen door that will open and close thr stairs with a button if u want leave the stairs open. Generator has on and off switch by drivers control panel.We inspect every part of the RV before we rent it and go over everything with you as well and how to control everything.This is a very big vehicle and if you haven't driven a large truck before i would recommend driving a smaller C class first to get the hang of things. I drove this rv from florida to maryland with no problems. It will be take over $200-$300 to fill up with higher gas prices 87 regular gas is fine NO Diesel.Has auto steps when you open door fridge microwave new 3 new tvs dvd player ans playstation 4 or playstation 5 to rent for addional price. Brand new bed in master Bedroom. Has a stand up shower and toilet shower hose for outside use. We are a family of 7. 5 kids ages 7 to 23. We always wanted a Rv so we bought one 2 years ago while we were Florida. We live to travel when we have the time. But recently our business has been real busy recently. So we figure if we cant enjoy her " the RV" maybe some others can rent her if we are busy. We take great care of her an get her serviced all the time. Our new stuff 2 new ac units we are putting brand new carpet in our next goal is change the kitchen tops to granite and update all lighting to led inside and out which is coming soon.
