This is a brand new 2022 Forrest River River Ranch fifth wheel that is perfect for any getaway. It has 4 slides that provide the living and kitchen area with plenty of space, as well as in the bedroom. It comes fully equipped with a comfy king sized bed, sofa bed, microwave, gas oven, four burner stove, fireplace with deluxe theater seating in the living room and another fireplace in the bedroom! This camper is loaded with storage under the deck that goes all the way through. Once inside the camper, it is all on one level. Additionally, it has two power awnings and LED lighting to enjoy nights outside with family and friends.Provided for your stay:

-Twin size blowup mattress with builtin compressor
-Clean bedding for the king bed, sofa bed and blow up mattress
