Brand new bunkhouse! The two bedrooms both close off from the main living space. One with double bunk beds the other with a queen walk around bed. There's a kennel underneath the queen bed and pets are welcome with a deposit. A laundry chute into the storage underneath, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower shower, fireplace, tv, soundsystem with speakers outside, and a hidden pantry for extended stays! Do I need to keep going?! It's brand new, has all kinds of extras and our goal is to make it as easy as possible so you will only have to bring yourself! Even willing to drop it off at set it up for you.If you would like a delivery location 30 miles or more away from Redding message me and those will be approved in a case-by-case basis.Qué incluyeWe include folding chairs, towels for 9, all bedding, kitchen set for 9 and cookware. Everything you need besides yourself, clothes and food.We also provide weight distribution hitch and sway bars.Will pick up from Redding airport free of charge if setup fee is paid. RecomendacionesWe love northern California and all the amazing campgrounds it has to offer! Our favorite is siskiyou on the lake with Mt. Shasta as the backdropOtros detalles importantesWe will check tow ratings on your vehicle to make sure it can be pulled.We ask for a max of 6 adults or 9 total with kids and a max of only 1 pet unless otherwise given approval (no cats only dogs).

Cole was an excellent host. Unit is NEW! Well stocked with all the basic necessities. The transaction aspects were easy and did not take a lot of time. Outdoorsy continues to improve the experience by adding online features.
