What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are offering DELIVERY ONLY in 2021 and 2022. Fiona will be set up as soon as your chosen campsite opens and will be picked up ONE hour before the campgrounds required departure. This allows us time to put stuff away and dump and flush the tanks before leaving the campground.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will set up the electric, water and sewage at your chosen campsite prior to your arrival. When you get there, we'll show you how to operate everything and how to dump the tanks as needed.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Yes, there are! We'll go through all the tricks and tips when you arrive. We'll leave a checklist with you and show you how to access our how-to videos if you need to review them during your trip. We're always a phone call or text message away if you need help.

Where are the "special destination" locations mentioned in your listing?
A.
Fiona is a DELIVERY ONLY Class A. You have the option to pick any campground with full hook-ups within 120 miles radius for the listed delivery/set-up fee ($250 for the first 50 miles, plus $5 per mile from 51-120). OR you may choose to enjoy one of the California campgrounds further away for a special discounted rate provided your dates correspond with the dates that Fiona will be in that location.
