• Welcome to our RV adventure home on wheels! We want you to have an amazing, safe, and stress-free trip while helping us keep our RV beautiful for future guests. Please review our Rules of the Road before your journey begins. • Drivers must be at least 25 years old and approved through Outdoorsy prior to driving the RV. • No smoking or vaping inside the RV. Evidence of smoke or strong odors may result in additional cleaning fees. • Well-behaved dogs are welcome with approval and applicable pet fee. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages. • No climbing or walking on the roof of the RV. • Please return the RV in reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, stains, trash, odors, pet accidents, or unusually heavy cleaning may result in additional cleaning charges. • Only RV-safe toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or food. Tank clogs or misuse are the renter’s responsibility. • No off-roading, mudding, racing, or use at unauthorized festivals/events without prior approval. • No towing without prior written approval. • Guests are responsible for tolls, parking tickets, campground fees, and traffic violations during the rental period. • Please be mindful of low clearances, tree branches, and tight turns. Damage to awnings, roof components, slide-outs, or exterior panels may be renter responsibility. • Pickup and return times must be respected unless arranged in advance. Late returns may result in additional fees. • Please report any issues or damage immediately so we can help resolve them quickly. • Fresh water, propane, batteries, and major systems will be checked prior to departure. Guests are responsible for monitoring tank levels and operating the RV responsibly. • Most importantly — enjoy the adventure, make memories, and treat the RV like your home away from home!
