2011 Four Winds Hurricane

We have planned this get-a-way for months and upon us driving an hour away to pickup RV, Christian informed us TV was not working properly. We were shocked to just learn this but maybe something I could overlook, as well as cleanliness but once we arrived to our destination, the A/C wasn’t working. We had to reset breaker and eventually the front half was working. As it blew air, the unit wreaked of cigarette smoke. We were melting from the heat, it stunk, and we quickly realized the entire back half had no A/C. We had no TV with sound to entertain us and It was awful, we had a full RV all moved into, food, bedding, etc., but there was no way we could overlook the growing list of issues. We reached out to Christian directly and we sent videos, we emailed and he was less than helpful. He claimed he was sorry the unit didn’t meet our expectations but it was as advertised. We let him know it was supposed to be nonsmoking, have a working TV, have a functional A/C so we would have to return it, we had it unloaded and back to him in less than 4 hrs and he refuses to refund us. It’s shocking, I had to request he stop the vacation multiple times a day later and he’s been less than reasonable. Who would ever ask for this type of experience, it’s been a real letdown in so many ways. More than anything, we were robbed from an experience with family and out so much time and money and energy.

We, my wife and I, had an amazing experience in this wonderful RV; all aspects, from ease of driving this huge vehicle to the level of comfort in the living room and the bedroom areas, as well as the convenience of the kitchen and the bathroom were beyond our expectations. The bed is very comfortable, and there are many practical details such as drawers next to the bed, reading lamps, etc. that make your stay a better one. The kitchen has everything you need, and the fridge has a lot of volume, and the freezer works amazingly well, you can store ice-cream for a week in it. The living area expands to become very spacious and both the sofa and the dining area are very comfortable. The fuel tank is huge, making it possible to work the generator whenever you need it. Both the heater and the cooler are very effective, and the additional storage at the back of the RV allows you to store 6-8 suitcases easily. We look forward to another vacation in this RV next summer.
