It rides light at 3075 lbs dry (4413 fully loaded) and can be towed by an SUV or small pickup. Included in rental is hitch and sway bar for standard 2" receiver. We know your time may be in short supply, we can deliver to where you are staying within a 40 mile radius for a fee.This thing is loaded from top to bottom, perfect for off the grid or "boon docking"... Rooftop solar panel powers all the plugs in this rig! AC, microwave and heater are included but require hookups or a generator. Need a genny? We got you covered. Snow tires take this rig to the slopes! Slide out makes it roomy, queen size bed and pull out sofa allow for 3 to sleep comfortably. Bathroom includes shower, sink and toilet. Outdoor shower for quick wash. Kitchen includes 3 burner propane stove and small oven, microwave, deep sink, fridge and freezer. We’ve rented many trailers over the years and this is by far our favorite. Communication was stellar throughout the process. The trailer was super clean and well laid out. The larger fridge was really handy as well. The queen bed was very comfortable and the slide out made a huge difference in the overall roominess feeling. The owners have thought of everything - from a large rug to chairs and heavy duty sway bars that made the trailer drive like a dream. All the battery tools and magnetic level to make leveling the trailer very easy. Again, they’ve thought of everything. We look forward to renting from this wonderful family in the future. Highly recommend.

• We welcome your fur baby! You are responsible to ensure there is no damage to the trailer. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the trailer at ANY time. Damage or excessive pet hair will require additional cleaning costs, please clean up after your pet. We do not allow any smoking, vaping or drug use in or around the travel trailer. Strictly prohibited! Please respect our policy. If there is any sign of smoking, vaping or drug use the entire deposit will be forfeited. You must have prior trailering experience and vehicle that is equipped to tow this rig. If you do not have experience, we are happy to deliver and set up the trailer within 40 miles for a fee. Please empty and flush black and grey water tanks before returning. Tank pods are provided. If tanks are not dumped, there is a $75 fee charged upon return. If you take the trailer to a festival or event, including tailgating, a higher damage deposit will be required upon booking.
