Master bed has bedding provided for it only, additional bedding for the other beds will need to be brought with you (There are mattress protectors and fitted sheets (only) on the rear twin bunk beds).Rental does **NOT** include any of the following -- personal hygiene products, beach/ bath towels, campfire chairs, outdoor grill, coffee.A few things it **Does** have. Ice Maker, Keurig Machine (while we don’t stock the coffee you can still make some if you bring your own Keurig Cups), TV with a Roku so your never without your favorite shows.Please let us know if you have any questions.The cleaning and dump fee is a standard fee of 125$. *-* If there’s anything above the “normal” cleaning, an extra charge will be deducted from the security deposit.*-*We fully clean and sanitize the inside of trailer including bedding before each use to guarantee a clean and safe experience for our guests.This camper does not come with additional outdoor folding chairs.Rules & Policies

5.0Great host! the RV was clean and very spacious. Eric took the time to explain the whole set up to us. he was very flexible with check in. Eric was also quick to respond to questions and messages. We really enjoyed our time renting out this camper for the weekend. Thank you for the opportunity. will definitely be renting this camper out again for our next trip.
