5The RV did function very well without any problems. The host Lei and Carol were so nice and helpful. It was our first time to travel in RV so the host answered many questions patiently.

5They were very patient and supportive with me and my family. Especially because it was our first time driving an RV and camping. The experience was great and the RV worked pretty well with us. I would recommend them for sure.

4Lei and Carol provided a great experience for us 1st-time renters. Carol was detailed in going through the particulars of the vehicle which was presented cleanly and in good working order. The 1st part of our trip was to BC parks, Nairn Falls non-hook up site which was slightly more challenging because the sensors for the grey water tank got full much sooner than the black tank. Luckily in nearby Pemberton there was a dump site which was part of our morning routine. Later at Parksville the full hookup site had no issues with the daily activities from cooking to showering. Overall a fantastic experience from Carol who was very responsive and helpful. Thank you.
