Outdoor table.RV is to be returned clean and same condition as when it was picked up. Interior cleaning include dishes washed and put away, countertops, stove top, microwave and refrigerator cleaned. Make sure refrigerator items are taking out and cleaned inside. Shower and bathroom sink needs to be cleaned. Mirrors need to be clean as well. No smears or there would be a charge. Windshield on the inside need to be clean and windows too.
Any other item not mentioned above needs to be clean also. If left unclean then there will be a cleaning service fee if $250
Note: We spend 2-3 hours doing a thorough cleaning of the RV for when renters pick up so they get to enjoy a nice clean RV. The same amount of time is expected from renter on they return back.If any sign of pet or smoking inside RV there will be an additional $100 charge on top of the $250 for professional cleaningBlack water and Gray water needs to be thoroughly drained before returning the RV. Please take proper care and precautions while handling the draining process. If fail to drain the black water and gray water there will be a $175 service fee.
