2021 Winnebago Minnie Winnie - Bunk Beds

Unfortunately, this RV was poorly maintained and prepared for our trip. We paid $150 for a prep fee and received an RV with broken items and a poorly cleaned-out refrigerator that smelled of mold in the freezer (which also had grime on the bottom and sides). We returned the RV much cleaner than we received it. The stove top cover was broken, which reduced counter space during times needed. The left slide-out track was broken (picture attached). Although we could successfully use it, this was a major concern every time we extended. All we could do was cross our fingers when we extended or retracted. We drove with a broken tire pressure sensor and prayed for the best, not knowing what data was correct and what was incorrect. But the biggest issue we encountered: NO LOCK on the main door, and a missing door handle. The deadbolt was completely broken. We had to use bungee cords to secure the door each time we wanted to ensure it was locked. This was a major security risk and a significant source of inconvenience and disruption for our trip. When we told the host upon returning, Umair didn't seem to be concerned and did not address our complaint. Although we didn't ask for a credit, we should have received an RV worth the cost we paid. Our recommendation: DO NOT RENT this RV. This host does not take care of the RV, nor prepare the RV (the prep charge of $150, with obviously very little prep, was a complete waste of money). And from our experience, this host cares very little about the experience of his renters. We returned the RV we contacted the host 4 times to schedule the return on the agreed-upon day/time. When we arrived at his home, he made us wait 30 minutes outside his home before coming out of the front door. Not a great look and disrespectful to boot. We gave a 2-star rating because we didn't break down, and the A/C worked. As frequent renters of RVs on Outdoorsy, we strongly recommend you avoid this RV/Host if you want to feel safe and secure with your family.

Umair was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. I rented the rv to pick up my dad and bring him home with me, and Umair was very empanadas accommodating in lessening a very stressful situation for me.

We were first timers and this is a really nice RV and suprisingly easy to drive. Great communication from Umair and Kash and they spent lots of time day 1 walking us through the RV so it was a breeze when we arrived at our site and hooked everything up. Would definitely recommend.

Rv worked perfectly, it was spacious, clean, and surprisingly easy to drive. It got better gas mileage then I expected as well.
