We have a 30 ft Catalina Coachmen that sleeps 6-8. It has one slideout and two bedrooms, a master with a queen and a bunk house with 3 small bunk beds. I prefer to rent to a family or a smaller group who also have an RV, in other words I do not want my trailer to be used as the kitchen and bathroom for a large group of tent campers. Also prefer the trailer be used at a traditional campground designed for camping ie not the middle of the Desert.
