5.0It was a great experience, Ron took the time to explain the whole process and show me all of the options of the RV as well as take me for a quick test drive to ensure I was comfortable with the RV. The RV came with an awning and also with a table with four chairs. The RV was easy to drive and similar to driving a U-Haul moving truck. It was great to sleep on a bed and have the amenities of a bathroom with a shower, stove, microwave, sink, refrigerator, TV, electric outlets, etc. while camping. There were 4 (adults) of us and we had a great camping experience because of the RV.

1.0RENTERS BEWARE!! When we picked up the RV & Ron started our tour of it, he mentioned that his awning didn't work! We really needed an awning on this trip and, had we known it was broken , would've rented a different vehicle. Upon our return , I told him I felt we should get a bit of a refund for no awning. His response was that he had " unchecked it under the list of items available." So, amenities. Also, I had texted him on Outdoorsy that we were dry camping. When we picked it up, my husband said again that we were dry camping & Ron's face fell. He told us the battery was "weak." Understatement. The 2nd night it died, and we had to shut everything off. Then we had to spend our whole day finding a way into town, finding a battery, and then replacing it. All he gave us for all of that was simply waiving the cleaning fee, which was the cost of the battery.

5.0Our rental experience was great! It helped us decide whether purchasing a camper was a good idea for us. The camper was a perfect size for the two of us, very clean and comfortable. Ron responded very quickly to any messages sent and gave a very thorough tour of his camper which helped us as novices.
