The host was very helpful and communicated well. It would be nice if they did have a manual for the van inside.

Everything about the rental experience was great. They went out of their way to accommodate us even though we booked short notice. The van was in like-new condition. And they were very helpful with the check-in and check-out process. We would definitely recommend using them.
