A very comfortable murphy bed pulls is easily put away during the day sleeps two The side couches sleep two smaller people. We've slept 4 adults but this would be more comfortable with 2 adults and 2 youth
This trailer is made for primitive camping at Flaming Gorge. The rental comes with a 3500 watt generator to run the A/C and the Solar system keeps the batteries charged without running the generator. Renters are responsible for any damage caused from pets. we do not allow people to leave pets in the trailer unattended. Be respectful of others and wildlife when camping with pets. keep them in camp or a on a leash. Absolutely No smoking in the trailer.
Delivery; i deliver anywhere around Flaming Gorge for a flat $300 fee. When renting select a “1 mile” delivery. I will take the actual delivery fee out of your security deposit. This is allowed by outdoorsy and gives me the ability to deliver and the most reasonable price possible an gives you the ability to pay for the stationary insurance. Questions message me

Guests noted it tows very well and is easy to pull. It's clean, fully equipped, has plenty of space and amenities for comfortable camping, even with children and in rain.

5.0The pickup & drop-off were easy. The hosts were very communicative and made sure everything worked well and made sense before we took off. We towed a RAM 1500 and that worked great. Had a baby & toddler, and there was plenty of space and all the amenities needed to sleep and camp comfortably, even in the rain. 10/10 would rent again!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Were very Flexible. We understand that vacations don't always start or end during business hours. Generally we ask that you return the trailer at about the same time you picked it up.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Every Trailer has quirks & tricks. This will be covered in depth when picking up the trailer. This is a brand new trailer so there is not a lot issues

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Set up is easy 1. Plug in power. Turn the power switch in the external storage area. Everything will work as there is an A/C converter in the trailer. 2. Hook the water hose up to city water connection outside of the trailer. Make sure there are no leaks and you'll have unlimited water for your stay. 3. Hook the sewer hose, open the valve.
