Great condition for the year. Sleeps 5-6 people comfortably and maybe more if smaller kids. Everything works including: fridge, Stove, Oven, Furnace, Water Heater, A/C , Microwave, CD player with 6 speakers, awning. New propane alarm, new smoke detector, new CO detector, newer battery. Newer mattresses. New fire extinguisher. Brakes recently serviced, new 7 point harness and break away brake switch. Electric brakes work perfect. Of note: front bunk was repaired recently due to previous water damage likely caused by storing it wet prior to my owning it. Will come with some odds and ends to get you started. Will also come with large hitch with sway control and portable sewage tank. Located in Rockland Ontario
