- The gray and black water tanks must be cleaned prior to returning the trailer or a portion of the deposit will be used to clean the tanks. ($50 fee)
- Damage to anything not noted prior to departure inside or outside of trailer (including but not limited to: T.V., radio, air conditioner/furnace, stove, oven, microwave, beds, showers, toilet, sink, storage areas, awning, propane tank, hitch, tires, structure of trailer, etc.). - The fee will be determined pending the cost of repair or replacement of item(s).Please submit the requested time of pick up when submitting the request to confirm availability. 5Darin is a fantastic host. From start to finish he was very responsive, accommodating and thorough. The camper is cute, clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. The add-on Blackstone was a huge bonus. We will definitely be a repeat renter. Highly recommend!
