Full kitchen. Bedroom in front with full size bed and memory foam mattress topper. Kitchen table and couch both fold down into beds. Sleeps 6 total (4-5 comfortably). Heat and AC. TV and DVD player in main living area and in bedroom. Outdoor and indoor speakers for music. Full shower inside and outdoor shower as well. Lots of storage.
