Absolutely no smoking inside the camper. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected.
2. Pet Policy:
We are pet-friendly! A maximum of 2 well-behaved pets are allowed per stay with an additional pet fee. Please clean up after your pets and do not leave them unattended inside the camper.
3. Bring Your Own Essentials:
Guests must provide their own bedding, cookware, utensils, and personal items. These items are not currently included but may be offered in the future.
4. No Climbing on the Roof:
For safety and to avoid damage, climbing on the roof is strictly prohibited.
5. Holding Tanks:
Please follow posted instructions regarding water and waste usage. If full hook-ups are not available at your site, you are responsible for monitoring tank levels.
6. Damage & Cleaning:
Treat the camper as you would your own home. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges. Excessively dirty returns may incur an extra cleaning fee.
7. Campsite Requirements:
Renter is responsible for booking a suitable campsite that accommodates the camper size and delivery. Full hook-up sites are recommended when possible.
8. Generator Use (if applicable):
If a generator is included or rented, follow usage instructions and respect quiet hours.
