It features 2 slide-outs and an open layout. 1 bath and half setup, 3 beds, and space for an air mattress. The coach has 2 air conditioners, a smart flat-screen TV, surround sound with Bluetooth tv, DVD, VCR, lots of plug-in outlets, a fully functional kitchen including stove, oven, and microwave, and tons of storage. We have lots of supplies that can be rented as well, ask about that. Peace of mind insurance is required with our rental. The coach rides smoothly. We have improved suspension and sway dampers making it easier to drive a straight line. This RV is a very spacious home away from the home, book today.

No pets allowed unless approved. Approvals require a $120 pet prep fee for our next guest. If any pet damage or odors occur additional charges will be incurred.
No smoking, of any substances are allowed inside. No vaping either.
No drugs or drug use will be permitted within the coach or while using the coach.
We do not allow usage for festivals such as burning man.
No driving the coach on any un groomed roads or sand without approval.
We require you carry Peace Of Mind Coverage when using our coach.
You may not tow unless approved.
You may not use the motorized canopy without approval. If approved it must be retracted immediately if winds pickup and closed at night.
You agree to follow all civic and traffic laws.
