Jennifer was great. She made it easy to pickup, sent youtube video instructions, had everything ready, and drop off was even easier.
Vehicle Condition/Features
The van is even better in person than it is in the photos. All of the details are beautifully done...toilet, shower, sink, fridge, stove all worked perfectly. Bed was comfortable, kitchen ware, sheets, towels, and bedding were clean & high-quality.

5.0Jennifer was great and the van was fantastic for our trip. She made it easy to pickup, sent youtube video instructions prior to pick up (really good idea), had everything ready for us, and drop off was even easier. My only complaint was that the shower was really low pressure (understandable since it's running off of a water pump). I would definitely rent again if I had a trip that required one.

4.0Had a great trip. Interested in buying a similar van so it was great to try things out like the Nebula shower head with wand, composting toilet, parking a 170 sprinter, etc. I wish the brava oven seen in the pictures was included. Also, it’s important to know the bed in back does not go up and down. Also, other than the AC in the cab there is not AC in the back. This was not a problem for me but likely would’ve been if it wasn’t winter. There is cruise control but no adaptive cruise control. The van actually takes regular gas rather than diesel. There is no microwave oven just fyi. Stovetop and toaster oven only. Had a great time and grateful I had a chance to rent this van. Owner was very communicative and helpful.
