The van drove great and the passenger area was fantastic — very comfortable with great cooling and entertainment. The owner was easy to work with. The driver cabin could use some attention. The carpets were stained and several maintenance warnings were active (license plate light, key fob battery, blind spot system, coolant level). The gas gauge also didn’t read correctly. None of this stopped the van from performing well, but it did create some concern during the trip. With a bit of maintenance and cleanup, this would be an excellent rental.

The sprinter was in great condition and surpassed all expectations. Kevin was very communicative and made the entire experience a breeze. Would highly recommend and will certainly work with again in the future. This was my first reservation on Outdoorsy, and Kevin has set the bar exceptionally high,
