Camping in a RV park near the beach is allowed. Multiple quotes may be out on an RV with the same or overlapping rental dates. We do not hold units. Upon completion of a Reservation and paying the required Reservation Deposit, a booking will be secured. A detailed Rental Agreement will then be sent to you via DocuSign and requires signing. We will be happy to answer any and all questions during review of the Rental Agreement. PET Policy: All pets must be pre-approved. Dogs under 30 lbs, maximum of 1 are allowed in select RVs with a $50 pet fee. Non-approved pet(s) will forfeit entire security deposit. No exceptions! Departure & Return: Departure times are agreed upon by Renter and Outbound RV Rentals and can be made as early as 10 am on the departure date. Please plan for a 45 minute orientation prior to departure. Earlier times may be arranged, depending on availability. Normal return time is 5:00 pm on the day of return. Later return may be arranged, depending upon availability. There may be an additional charge for late returns. All vehicles not returned within 24 hours of agreed upon return time will be charged additional days until returned or reported as stolen and beyond our control at that point. RV is to be returned in the same condition as it was received. Renter has unlimited financial responsibility for negligent damages caused to the RV during rental. Personal contents are never covered by insurance. Awning damage is not covered by insurance. Renter is financially responsible for all en route service maintenance during extended trips. The Roof of the vehicle is off limits to all persons. Security Deposit: The unit must be returned undamaged with gasoline fuel at its departure level, holding tanks dumped, and return checklist completed for a full Security Deposit refund. Smoking inside the RV will forfeit entire Security Deposit. The following charges will be deducted from your Security Deposit: Failure to dump holding tanks, returning gasoline fuel less than departure amount, toll fees, and the cost of repairs for any damages noted during check-in inspection. Renter is responsible for the actual retail cash value of the Vehicle on the date of loss if it cannot be repaired, missing equipment, administrative expenses incurred processing a damage claim, whether or not you were at fault during the incident, up to the deductible amount of the collision/comprehensive insurance. Renter shall assume responsibility for theft and vandalism to the Vehicle.
