Owner Responsiveness/Communication

Renters consistently praise Sean's excellent communication, helpfulness, and responsiveness. He is noted for providing detailed information, being available for questions, and making the rental process easy. One renter highlighted his exceptional problem-solving when an ignition switch died, with Sean arranging immediate repair and RV delivery. Another appreciated his concern for well-being during a mechanical issue, describing him as honest and fair in all dealings. This proactive and supportive approach significantly enhances the rental experience.

Vehicle Condition

The RV's condition is a key point, with many renters noting that while the vehicle is older (a 2001 model), it is generally well-maintained, clean, and functional, driving well and having all amenities in working order. However, one detailed review cited significant issues including exposed nail heads and screws causing injury, a non-working generator, broken shower plastic, a loud water pump, a dripping fridge, and a slide-out that wouldn't close completely, suggesting that comfort expectations should be set low due to age-related wear.

The RV drove fine. The living quarters were sub-par. Nail heads sticking out on the passenger seat back, Sliced my finger pretty good reaching into one of the drawers to get my jeans on day 1. (There are exposed screws sticking through from the outside in both clothing drawers.( The generator wasn't working. My wife almost cut her foot on the shower entry (broken plastic on the surround). The pump operating the fresh water to the sink and toilet is VERY loud, making it hard to operate quietly while the rest of the RV and the nearby camps slept. The fridge condenser drips and soaked a bag of chocolates I had in the fridge before I could notice the dripping, ruining them. Shower head needs to be replaced. But the water was nice and hot! The front seats were comfortable to sit in while driving, but are in need of repair. The slide-out would not close completely and made for a nerve racking drive. Other than that, the owner was great, engaging & informative as to how everything operated. Great RV if you are on a low budget, but watch out for the exposed hardware and cracked or broken items, literally everywhere. Set your comfort expectations to "low". The hide-a-bed in the sofa was difficult to open and never really laid flat. Was hard to get comfortable.
