No smoking. There will be $250.00 smoke removal charge if the trailer has been smoked in.
This camper is a trailer. Your vehicle must be able to handle pulling this trailer. Requires a 1/2 ton vehicle with class IV hitch receiver and electric brake unit. We are not responsible for any issue arising out of towing vehicle selection or operation, including connection or disconnection from the trailer.
Trailer is rented dry. All tanks will be clean and empty. Trailer must be returned dry. If you boondock you are required to empty all tanks prior to returning. A clean out fee of $200.00 will be charged for tanks not emptied.
You are responsible for all site fees, dumping charges, electric use, propane use, and any other charges & activity fees from third parties, such as campsites or campgrounds. You are responsible for choosing your site and maintaining the trailer while at the site. 35amp, minimum electric supply or generator only.
If applicable, awning must be closed and locked when trailer is unattended.
Pick up time is noon. Drop off time is 3:00 pm. Drop off after 3:00 pm will result in an additional day rental.
