Winie was awesome. We were first time RV renters and he did an amazing job helping us become comfortable with the RV. His tutorial and review of the safety features and all of the functions of the RV were detailed, informative and easy to follow. He did everything he could to make us comfortable and prepared for our trip. He was available for us to contact with any questions or concerns. The RV was equipped with all of the necessities and more. When we rent again, there’s no doubt who we will be contacting!!

We would rent MERZI again in a heartbeat. The RV was spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us, including our 2 teenagers. It was in excellent condition, easy to drive, and absolutely spotless. The owner, Winie, was a terrific communicator, explained the RV's operation extremely thoroughly, and was a helpful resource whenever we had questions during the trip. All in all, an amazing experience for these 1st-time RVers!

First and foremost, Winnie's communication was exceptional. From the onset of the booking process, we witnessed the hands-on operation of RV Merzi firsthand. Taking advantage of the YouTube tutorial proved immensely helpful in familiarizing ourselves with the vehicle and its capacity. During check-in, expect a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle from front to back, inside and out, which was extremely beneficial for us as renters. MERZI handled exceptionally well during our journey to and from the RV park, with all functions operating smoothly. Winnie even provided some additional items to ease any forgotten essentials. Our family of four found ample space and were thoroughly satisfied with MERZI. Winnie was a fantastic host, very kind and welcoming. We would definitely rent from Winnie again.

Great RV with very thoughtful complementary items. Had everything we needed and was easy to use. So glad we rented it for our camping trip. Winie B was incredibly kind and very very family friendly.
