We've had wonderful adventures and made once-in-a-lifetime memories with Luna the Airstream - and now, we want to share her with you!Luna is a 2020 19-foot Airstream Bambi - big enough to offer you all the comforts of home while on the road, and small enough to be a breeze to tow. Cook meals onboard in the kitchenette or outside using our mini Weber grill that plugs right into the rig's propane supply. Sleep comfortably on a memory foam mattress (about the size of a full size bed); the four-seater dinette converts easily to a second bed. The onboard bathroom features a separate shower, toilet, and sink area. You can play music from your own devices over the built-in audio system and video content on the TV with built-in DVD player.Luna is a pet-friendly rig! Our dogs have come with us on all our Airstream adventures so you should feel free to bring yours, too!We stock Luna with all the kitchen, bed, and bath basics you'll need to hit the road in style. We also provide basic cleaning supplies and ask that you kindly remove all trash and recycling, sweep the floor, and wipe down countertops and the dinette table before checking out.When you pick her up, I'll walk you through all her features and answer any questions you may have.Interested in renting Luna but inexperienced with and nervous about towing? What kind of tow vehicle will I need?
A.
Your tow vehicle must have a towing capacity of at least 5,000 pounds; a 7-way, 12 volt outlet to operate the brake lights, emergency flashers, turn signals, and brakes while towing the Airstream; and a tow hitch with a 2 and 5/16 inch hitch ball.
