2022 Starcraft Autumn Ridge

We had a problem with the slide out during our trip my husband was able to slide it out manually by borrowing some tools at the campsite that we were at. It was a bit stressful. William was great giving us suggestions to reset it and he answered promptly. The room door was broken prior to our rental and hanging on one screw. It completely fell off during our drive. William is a great host and aware that things break. Just wished we wouldn't have had that mechanical issue. Our trip would've been much smoother.

Everything was provided with rental that was needed. Very easy pick up and drop off. Will definitely rent again.

Our trip was great. We received great customer service. The rental was clean and as described. The bed was very comfortable. We will be looking to rent again in the future and will definitely consider the same one.

I had an amazing experience! William was very accommodating as we were driving from California and not sure about our arrival time. Great communication! He was a really nice, chill guy! He set everything up quickly and explained everything I needed to know. The trailer was clean and comfortable. The generator worked great and the AC in the trailer was a life saver! I highly recommend renting this trailer!
