Are you hoping to make great memories in comfort? Welcome to our trailer! It can accommodate up to 8 people with rear bunks on an electric lift. This feature makes for a great play area for the kids during the day. Queen Bed in the front and an option to make dinette and couch into sleeping areas as well. Our trailer comes stocked with silverware, pots, pans, as well as common cooking utensils. 32" tv with dvd, cd, AM/FM radio playing on indoor or outdoor speakers. The electric awning provides great shade to relax underneath. The electric stabilizing jacks, slide out, and awning can be controlled from inside or outside with a remote control! This helps a lot with the initial setup and leveling. The dry weight is 6700 lbs and loaded weight between 7000 and 7800 lbs depending on water tank levels. The optional generator rental is for a 3100 watt inverter style generator making boondocking a great option.Pick up and drop off times are flexible. I may be able to do delivery and pickup but only on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. A 15% discount will apply to rentals of at least 7 days.All the beds will include sheets but please provide your own bedding and pillows. If you would like extra bedding provided (blankets & comforters) a $25.00 add on is available.
The generator rental will include 5 gallons of fuel but fuel can should be filled upon return. If not, a $25.00 fee will be added.
If the trailer is returned unclean an additional $50.00 fee will be added.We want you to have the best time and to get your full deposit back! Please treat this as if it were your own property. -Only RV approved toilet paper to be used.
-Everything must be functional upon return. Ex. awning, slide out, etc.
-Please let us know of any damage (even if it is small) that occurred inside or out, and we can determine the course of action, if any.
We reserve the right to cancel reservations if your vehicle is not suitable to tow our trailer. We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle as a result of towing. The trailer must stay in the United States.

Hello! We have owned this trailer for 5 years now and have loved it! This last fall we towed it to Salmon, ID and stayed 5 days there. What a great experience! Our two children still talk about that trip and ask when we will do it again. We don't get to use this trailer as often as we would like so we are offering to rent it to other families to make great memories with.
