5.0We had a great experience renting from Catherine. She was quick to respond and was flexible with our pick up and drop off which was very much appreciated since we took the RV to Hulaween. The RV came with all the essentials we needed for camping plus some nice extras like tissues, soap, and cooking supplies. The RV was very easy to use, had plenty of storage space for our supplies, and the bed was super comfortable. All of our friends were jealous of our sweet set up. We would happily rent again!

The bed was super comfy and we woke up well rested every day. Catherine was extremely sweet and responsive to texts if we had questions on the road. We had everything we needed without having to pack a thing besides our clothes. We will definitely be renting from her again! Thanks Catherine!!! :)

How do I add a verified driver to outdoorsy?

As a guest how do I verify another driver? In the Guest Dashboard, go to the booking details page and click, add passenger. You will input the name and email of the additional driver, and check the box that they will be driving.

I uploaded all of my photos and have confirmation they’ve been received, but I still have not been verified. What do I need to do?
A.
Outdoorsy does a two-step verification process. The second step only occurs once the reservation has been confirmed and the first payment is made. As soon as that is complete, the second step will automatically run and you will get the result of your verification within 24 hours.

How many miles are included in the base rental fee?
A.
100 miles per day - this is calculated at the beginning and end of your trip, so you can distributed the miles how you choose. For Example: if you book a 5 day trip, you'll have 500 miles to drive during your trip. You can choose to do 250 one way and 250 driving back or any other combination of miles per day. $0.50 per mile will be charged for miles driven over the requested miles.
