Rules and policies
*Tow vehicle must have class III hitch, 7 pin RV plug and trailer brake controller. Weight Distribution hitch included with rental.
*The $175 "No Hassle Return" fee allows you to return the RV without cleaning the interior or dumping the tanks, although we still ask that you take your own trash and not leave it looking like a tornado went through the inside. Otherwise, the RV needs to be cleaned inside and all holding tanks emptied so it is ready for next rental. The inside must be cleaned thoroughly so it is returned in the same condition as when you received it. Unless you dump the tanks at the last campground or dump-stations and then don't use the bathroom during the trip back to Poncha Springs, the tanks will need to be dumped and most places charge for that. If the "no hassle return" fee is not chosen and the RV is returned dirty and the tanks not emptied, $250 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Holding tanks will be empty upon rental, we ask that you dump them at the end of your trip. If not, we will deduct a $100 fee from your damage deposit.
If you want us to set up/take down the “No Hassle Return” will need to be added. There are 2 dump stations in Poncha Springs.
**No smoking of any type is allowed in or around the RV trailer. We have children and don’t want that in our camper. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in loss of Security Deposit, the $500 Damage fee, plus cost of cleanup.
*The RV trailer must not be used to tow any other vehicle or trailer
*The RV Trailer shall not be towed or transported outside the Continental United States
*The RV Trailer shall only be towed on paved roads with the exception of maintained gravel road inside a camping area, unless you have us Set Up/Take Down. We know what the camper is able to do and can get to most places but we ask that you respect it.
* Discounted Winter Rates however the unit will be winterized so no water usage (bathroom, sinks, showers). If these are used during winter tim
