Clean and new! We love camping, however having a bathroom just steps away takes all the worries away. Tons of storage and sleeps 5. Kids love the bunk beds! Tub/shower good for any age, kitchen has 2 burner gas range, food pantry, sink and fridge holds plenty. The hot water tank runs on propane and is plenty big to hold enough for showers and dishes. Screen door and canopy. Everything is easy setup and can be done by one person.
