Attentive and quick to respond
Justin was consistently quick to respond to issues. He delivered and picked up the RV promptly and was easy to work with. However, one rental experienced a lack of cleaning upon arrival and desired a pre-trip walkthrough.
Drives smoothly with easy handling
Drivers noted it was smooth and easy to handle due to cameras and excellent turning radius. It offers spacious living with pop-outs. However, some experienced power limitations (AC/TVs), rattling noises while driving, and a non-functional dryer.

4.0We rented Justin's RV as private meeting quarters for our Bishop. We had a couple of hiccups with the water system but was able to resolve it prior to the start of the meetings. Justin was easy to work with and quite pleasant. He made sure the vehicle was clean both inside and out. He delivered and picked up the RV in a timely fashion. Overall, the rental was a success. We ran into some power limitations, as we couldn’t run both AC units alongside the TVs; it was always one or the other. Driving, however, was smooth and easy, thanks to the cameras and an excellent turning radius. There were quite a few rattling noises while driving, and we initially thought we’d be able to move around in the back, but it turned out to be much more challenging than expected. One downside was that the RV wasn’t cleaned upon our arrival—there was trash and blankets left behind, and the fridge wasn’t on or cold.
