This is Luna and she is a great 2013 Crossroads Z-1 27-foot travel trailer located in San Antonio, sleeps 4-6 comfortably and weighs only 4,495 lbs. and hitch wt. 576lbs making it towable by a large variety of vehicles. The living area is spacious with a nice sofa and dinette across from the kitchen area with a 20" TV / DVD that can be moved to the master bedroom easily. The kitchen has great counter space and is complete with a 3-burner stove, double sink with a high rise faucet, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and conventional oven. There's lots of space surrounding the queen bed in the master. The jackknife sofa and dinette also convert into beds to sleep up to 6 happy campers. There's a huge amount of space in the bathroom, a large shower and plenty of storage. For your media, this RV comes with digital cable ready TV and a CD/stereo. Outside you will find an outdoor prep station with a small refrigerator, an outdoor shower and outdoor speakers to enjoy your tunes. Pets welcome with a $100 pet deposit per pet. Rates may vary during Formula One, Nascar and other major events.Drivers must have a valid drivers license & show Proof Of Insurance for the towing vehicle.

No smoking or pets allowed on furniture in the travel trailer. No climbing on the roof or exterior of trailer. Please do not dispose of paper towels, wipes or non-rv required toilet paper. This will cause clogs and result in customer fees for repair of such damages. We provide 2 rolls of required toilet paper only, please purchase required paper, (can be purchased at Walmart). As a safety precaution please familiarize yourself with the smell of propane to avoid any exposure to you or your family.
