Live Life Now!! In the 2021 Grand Design Transcend Xplor. This BH265 is a bunk version that sleeps 6 and great for the family. Equipped with 6 free camping chairs and two tables, and outdoor string awning lights for fun nights outside next to a campfire. Inside includes cozy recliner seating, perfect for movie nights with a big bucket of popcorn & candy. The bedroom has been upgraded to a comfty memory foam mattress for a amazing night sleep!!We deliver and hook up/ take down trailer & travel up to 100 miles of San Antonio area for 160.00 which pays for the fuel & Expenses. All you gotta do is show up and bring you linen, towls, and food I'll have the Ac running and everything hooked up ready to go.What are you waiting for? Get out there and Live Life Now!!Note We are only offering delivery & pickup only at this time, sorry for the inconvenience.Qué incluyeOur trailer comes with 2 pots & 2 pans. Knifes & cutting boards. And a small coffee maker and toaster combo. You must bring your own utensils and paper plates and cooking spices. You must also bring your own linen and towels for everyone sleeping.Note: toilet paper comes with the rental because it only takes ((RV Toilet Paper)). Do not flush regular paper or whipes or finemime products down. RecomendacionesWe highly Recommend Camp Fimfo & Yogi bear Jellystone park in Kerrville. Both these parks have lots of activities for the kiddos like swim park and much more.For Adults there is Yogibear park next to winery as well just google them. For more info!Otros detalles importantesMost camp sites have a 2pm -3pm check in & 11-12pm check out. When we are delivering & Picking up the trailer you must be present at these time so you may check in & check out. And go over the rental agreement and sign contracts.We need a hour to show you around the trailer and half an hour to break down trailer.**Note :Late fee's will be applied if we have to wait for you at drop off time discussed At $25 for ever hour waiting.

You are responsible for dumping rv at full hook up sites and will be givin a dumping cart at sites without dump station on your site.
I will show you how to use both options and I do not charge unless trailer is over filled. $125 fee will be charged if OVERFILLED due to extra cleanup.
Note: ONLY PUT RV TOILET PAPER, WE DO PROVIDE RV SAFE TOILET PAPER WITH YOUR STAY!!
The Awning is your responsibility to put away every night & anytime you leave trailer camp. Please put away in high wind and thunder storms condition to avoid damage.
All trailers will be returned wiped cleaned and swept or a $75 cleaning fee will go in effect after inspection.
All trailers are sanitized and disinfected after each use for your safety with odoban cleaning products. Please don't worry I will show you how everything works and you can call me anytime for questions or concerns. We want you to have a excellent time camping in our trailers.

Does you trailer come with bedding

Our trailer only comes with protective mattress cover for the queen size bed. You will need your own sheets and pillows for all sleeping areas.

Do you deliver trailer?

We deliver the trailer up to 99 miles from our location, this includes Garner State Park area so no worries. And a 160.00 dollar delivery and set fee will be added, this also includes pickup and trailer dumping no need to worry.

Can I tow the trailer myself

We do not allow renter to tow trailer only delivery to locations picked by you and family.

Are there pots & pans and cooking utensils

We do have trailer stocked for all cooking gear for your stay, we do recomend bringing gear you like cooking with, our pots & pans are sized for trailer.
