The Awning is your responsibility to put away every night & anytime you leave trailer camp. Please put away in high wind and thunder storms condition to avoid damage.

Please don't worry I will show you how everything works and you can call me anytime for questions or concerns. 5.0Michael was very nice and easy to work with. The RV was dropped off and picked up on time and in very good shape. Overall it was a great experience for our family, especially being our first time camping.

1.0On this trip the refrigerator did not work from the moment we got there. The host dropped the RV off before check in and I had a friend meet him. He hooked up the sewer line to one end and only had a open ended hose laying on the ground on the other end and one of the toilet seals leaked so it smelled like sewer the whole week, Sunday to Sunday. It was supposed to be approximately one year old and looked as if it was three years old. The A/C did not work part of the time and he had hooked up a portable A/C up to the window by the table that kept coming out so we couldn’t use the table. This was our vacation so needless to say we won’t be using outdoorsey ever again. They have to many fees and are overpriced. Thanks for nothing.

3.0Trailer was dirty inside, my wife, daughter and I spent over an hour cleaning it after I picked it up. There was alot of hair in the shower and toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Very unsanitary. There were ants in the sink and walls that ended up getting into some of our food in the cabinets. The hot water heater did not work at all so we ended up taking cold showers for all 3 days of our trip. I confirmed the correct procedure for turning it on. Overall it was better than sleeping on the ground in a tent.
