THINGS TO CONSIDER
There will be a $250 fee charged should the upholstery need to be shampooed because of smoke, strong pet odors, or dirt.
There will be a $150 charge if the add-on option for dumping tanks is not selected, and the tanks need to be dumped.
$6 per gallon will be charged if the tank needs to be filled, the gas tank should be filed within 5 miles from the drop-off location.
$5 per gallon will be charged for propane usage.
These will all be taken from Security Deposit once post inspection is complete.
