Sara and her partner were great hosts. The trailer was exactly as described and worked perfectly for what we needed. Even though the Outdoorsy app was glitching for both of us, they still made the pickup and drop-off process very smooth. They also helped by supplying the proper hitch to match the trailer and the height of my vehicle, which made everything much easier. Overall, a really solid experience. I’d definitely recommend this trailer and these hosts to anyone looking for a reliable, family-friendly rental.
