My wife and I took a wonderful 10-day trip through Utah parks in this van. It is an ideal vehicle for such a trip. It had everything we needed - sleeping, cooking, fridge, potty, shower, without being so large that it was hard to maneuver on mountain roads and parking lots. Sleeping was a little tight for us - maybe there are tricks we don't know, but anyone over 6' tall should research whether a Sprinter van will sleep them comfortably. Fuel economy for the diesel engine is suprisingly good. Storage space is limited, and it would have been tight bringing kids on a trip this long. Joe is an excellent host. He arranged a 1.5-hour orientation before I left. I'm reasonably savvy with vehicles and thought that would be excessive, but the van has so many different systems that it really took that long to demonstrate them all. He was very responsive before, during, and after the trip. The van was in great condition.

From start to finish, Joseph was communicative, helpful and patient. His pre trip walk through was thorough and clear. The van itself was easy to maneuver, and all operating systems performed flawlessly.

Joseph was the best host ever. He was our guide from a distance, giving us some great suggestions for hiking and places to camp. We had a fantastic and overfilled week of adventure. The van handled like a champ- it was way better than staying in hotels or sleeping on the ground! And we both ate well and healthy- thanks to being able to cook and clean dishes in the van and storing lots of fresh fruit, veggies, and meat in its adequately sized mini fridge/freezer. I can't say enough good things about the experience, except for the blister on my toe from the hiking, but that's another story- LOL.

My husband and I had initial issues with a different van we rented from a different owner and Joe was a hero for us. Not only did he get it ready the afternoon of the day we were leaving, he winterized it and was flexible with the time we returned it. I can’t recommend his van and working with him and his family enough. They really went above and beyond that made our honeymoon experience a 100/100! He also gave me a ride home after I returned the van, extremely kind and get ours people. Van WAS EPIC.
