1. Respect the Ride – Treat the van as if it were your own! Keep it clean, and let’s make sure it’s in tip-top shape for the next adventurer. 2. Safety First – Buckle up! Always wear your seatbelt, and make sure your passengers do the same. Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement can take the wheel. Safety is the name of the game! 3. No Off-Roading – This van loves the open road, but it’s not built for rugged off-roading. Stick to paved roads and campgrounds that welcome larger vehicles. A $250/tire fee will apply for any tire damage. 4. Fueling Up – Please return the van with the same fuel level as when you picked it up. A full tank = a happy van and happy travelers! There is a $200 fee if returned empty. 5. No Smoking – Our van is 100% smoke-free to keep it fresh and allergen-free for all guests. If the interior smells like smoke, a $300 de-smoking cleaning fee will apply 6. Park It Properly – Always park in legal, designated spots and watch out for height restrictions. No one wants a surprise when the roof hits a low clearance! Unpaid parking fines will result in an additional $300 fee. 7. Unlimited Miles – We offer unlimited mileage! 8. Return It Clean – We ask that you return the van tidy and free from food crumbs or spills. If cleaning isn’t on your to-do list, you can add an additional deep cleaning fee of $200. 9. Respect Quiet Hours – Let’s keep the peace for fellow adventurers! 10. Festivals – Our Sprinter isn’t the right rig for music festivals or Burning Man. Unauthorized use of our rig at a festival will result in a deep cleaning fee of $1000. 11. Pick-Up/Drop-Off Times - Pick-up at 3 PM and drop-off at 11 AM. Add-on pick-ups can be as early as 6 AM and drop-off as late as 11 PM. Every 30 mins after 11 AM will incur a $50 late fee. 12. Have Fun! – Most importantly, enjoy your journey!
