Joan, is a 2023 Airstream Bambi. She is brand new. We've spent a lot of time and money to buy our dream trailer and want to share it with you. Thus, please treat her like it's your home too. Joan is loaded! The AC makes it winter in the interior. The heater and water heater are brand new and make for a great morning shower. If you are at the ocean, wash off the salt with a great outdoor shower as well. We gave her all new faucets for better cooking and a new shower head with great pressure. All of the appliances are brand new and work perfectly. If you have a good hot-spot never miss your favorite show or sporting event with the bedroom TV that also extends into the kitchen so you don't miss one pass while cooking your spaghetti dinner for the fam!We have included most of everything you will need for your adventure.

It just needs to be done as instructed.Pets - Joan loves animals, but she is not a huge fan of dog hair. Daily sweeping and cleaning is appreciated. (there will be additional charges for animals depending on breed, as well as additional cleaning fees)Generator - The generator will be locked to the frame at all times.
Renters will be responsible for replacement of the generator in the event it is stolen or damaged.
Renters will encrue additional charges for use of the generator if the destination does not have hook-ups.FESTIVALS - Joan is not allowed to attend any festival in a desert. Ever. Joan loves her space, and loves the mountains and ocean. She will never for any reason go to Burning Man.
