Jake was friendly, communicative and flexible throughout the rental process. The van was clean, easy to drive, everything worked and slept 4 of us and our Lab comfortably. Great rental experience...would highly recommend.

Jake was awesome. He was very patient when going over how to use everything on the RV. We did a six day rental and on day two he texted us to check in to see if we had any questions or needed anything which was greatly appreciated. The RV was very clean and everything was as described and pictured. I would highly recommend this rental.

This was a 5 star rental and rental experience. Jake was helpful from start to end. We booked the van 1 day prior and Jake had it ready in time, cleaned and all. The instructions were simple and straightforward. He offered support while we were on the trip and texted right back. The van was easy to drive with all the bells and whistles. The bed was super comfortable. We loved our trip and would rent the van anytime again. Thank you, Jake.

Jake is an outstanding host, and Sunny was a fine companion on our camping trip throughout SoCal. This was our first time in a camping van. Jake was thorough in his explanations of the van’s operation, and very responsive when we had a question about the water tank on the road. Sunny is well-maintained, and had everything we needed, even the small details such as a broom, level, dishware, pots, utensils, sharp knives and cutting board, paper towels, etc. We utilized the pop-up feature for a second bed option, which worked great. The van had more storage than expected, which was a welcome discovery. The solar battery works wonders, and we never had concerns about running low on power. The appliances worked like a charm, and the heat felt toasty one particular morning when we awoke to 38 degrees in the mountains. Finally, it was easy to locate Jake and Sunny for pick up and delivery. We had such a great time that we’re sold on the idea of van camping. We have no hesitation to rent from Jake again, and highly recommend Sunny for your adventures. One last word: this was our first rental experience through Outdoorsy and won’t be our last. Outdoorsy made the rental process smooth and efficient.

We had a great time with this RV. Almost everything went smoothly, and if it didn't, Jake was always available to assist us. Since the trip was with my son, we especially like having two beds, and my son liked having his private bed upstairs. Jake was liberal with the pickup and return time, which we really appreciated.
