- Monthly (28+ nights): 20% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: 425,00 € (refundable)
- Prep fee: 114,75 €. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental, and includes - cleaning fee - cooking necessities cleaned and sanitized - full gas tank
