This is a brand new 2021 Lance 1575 that sleeps 4 people. Sports a Java interior, has a queen size bed, and a dinette that converts into a bed that can sleep a couple. It has a regular size microwave and a 3 burner range with oven, has a solar power that adds to gas power, has a dry shower and a toilet seat. It has an air-conditioning unit, has 3 exhausts (from ceiling and from the microwave, from bathroom). It has a heater (gas or electric).Our Honda Ridgeline truck pulls this small rig. It is almost 4,500k when fully loaded. We also require that the sewer were emptied prior to its return otherwise we will charge $100 since this would require us to drive to a dumping station and pay fees to dump. The water is on us, you can return the trailer empty.
