Important Guest Rules
• No shoes inside the Airstream. Please remove all shoes before entering to protect the flooring and keep the interior clean.
• The main power must be completely turned off before the Airstream is returned. The power button is located just inside the entry door in the bottom-right corner. Failure to turn it off may completely drain the batteries. Guests will be responsible for any charging, service, or battery-replacement costs caused by leaving the power on.
• The fresh-water tank MUST be returned completely full. A 200ft water hose is stored in a box underneath the bed. A refilling and service fee will be charged if the fresh-water tank is not returned full.
• The gray and black waste tanks must be fully and properly emptied before the Airstream is returned. Failure to empty the waste tanks will result in a fee of up to $150.
• If you prefer not to empty the waste tanks yourself, we can provide this service for a $150 fee. This must be arranged in advance.
These rules are mandatory. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, battery drainage, damage, missing equipment, or failure to return the Airstream according to these requirements.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

Plug into the power pedestal (30 or 50 amp) and switch breaker on after connecting. Attach white hose to city water inlet and campground spigot (use pressure regulator). For sewer, connect hose to trailer and dump station. Keep black tank valve closed until full; gray tank can stay closed and be dumped after. Always use gloves and store hoses separately.
