Load up your family and make memories in this spacious RV floor plan. This Minnie Winnie has an open floor plan concept providing plenty of room to sleep 8 people. If you are looking for space and comfort, this is the right choice! The RV has a queen bed in the master, an overhead queen bunk, the kitchen dinette table turns into a double bed, as well, as a sofa bed. The spacious kitchen has a refrigerator, pantry, microwave, stove and oven that makes you feel like you're at home. The RV has heating and cooling, 32' TV w/dvd player, shower, toilet/sink (separate from shower), porch lights, patio awning and a large rear trunk. Bedding (sheet sets, pillows and comforters) are available to rent, as well but must be arranged in advance. Any fee's pulled from the deposit, the renter will pay the 2.95% processing fee. RV NOT Allowed AT Burning MAN.Qué incluyeMy RV is fully loaded with all your kitchen needs at no extra charge (set of 8 plates/small plates/bowls, 8 coffee mugs, 8 plastic cups, set of 8 silverware, cooking utensils, toaster, coffee pot, and pots/pans), as well as, 5 camping chairs. Should you need bedding (sheets, comforter and pillows) for 8 people, it can be rented for a fee. The interior and exterior will be clean upon pickup, should the RV not be returned in the same condition, there will be a cleaning fee. A bike rack can also be rented but must be ordered prior to departure day. Pick up and Drop off is at 10am unless a different time has been discussed.Otros detalles importantesI am extremely clean with my RV. The interior and exterior is delivered clean and always sanitized between rentals. I hold myself to a high standard and will never deliver the RV in any other condition. My 5 star reviews speak for themselves, as I take pride in the bar I set for myself. I have had nothing but great renters over my years but you definitely get a few you cant ever please no matter how hard you try. I love meeting my renters, hearing about their trip and having them re-rent the following years. I am extremely honest, friendly and flexible because I want people to have a great trip. You will love this RV as much as I do and will make memories of a life time.
