The Good: Kerry was super nice, helpful, and had the RV clean and well-prepared with fresh sheets and necessities. Our initial test drive went smoothly, the engine felt strong, and we felt off to a great start. The Bad: Unfortunately, the trip quickly went downhill due to multiple mechanical and utility failures: - No Dashboard AC & Engine Heat: The cabin AC only blew air (no cooling). Worse, unbearable heat radiated from the engine into the cab, forcing us to pull over multiple times just to cool down. - Fridge Issue: The refrigerator wouldn't run on propane despite a full tank, constantly beeping. - Electrical Failures: The 12V system died overnight, leaving us without nightlights or a water pump until we ran the engine for 10 minutes to jump-start the coach battery. To keep the fridge running and fight the heat, we had to run the generator constantly. While it worked, it was incredibly noisy and expensive to maintain. So - Kerry is a great host, but the RV itself needs serious maintenance. I cannot recommend renting this vehicle until these major issues are fully resolved. Unfortunately, it ruined the experience for us.
