5.0We had a great time using this trailer. Everything was exactly as we expected and we had no problems. This was my first time pulling a trailer. Russel was great and easy to deal with and had everything we needed to make our trip go smoothly (Weight distributing hitch and brake controller). After our trip I would definitely rent from Russel again... or we are even considering getting a trailer of our own.

5.0It was our first time ever towing or camping with an RV and Russell was extremely helpful and patient. Having him go over everything and give us a print out of how to do everything helped us feel more confident. The trailer was very nice and clean, we had no issues. It was short, last minute trip and we had a great time!

5.0Camper was brand new and the whole process was very easy. It is perfect for a couple retreat or even one with a small family with the fold out couch. Pulled well even on the 1 to Bug Sur.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Standard pick up timing is 1-4pm on departure day and standard return time is 9am-12pm on return day. There are optional add on items during the booking process to request early departure (9am-12pm) and/or late return (1-4pm). If the trailer is not booked already you can lock those in for a small fee.
